RETURNS:

At MoFi Electronics we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If you would like to return your order or feel that you have received defective or damaged product, please consider the following;

30 Day Returns:

MoFi Electronics offers a full refund 30 day return window on most items.

To set up your return:

  • Contact us via our contact page for return instructions. 
  • Ship your product in it's original packaging to the address identified in your return instruction email.

Please note when returning your order:

Damaged or Defective Product:

We offer full coverage for any defective or damaged products that may arrive when placing your order with MoFiElectronics.com.

Defective Product:

We define a defective product is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us or your direct fulfiller for assistance.

Damaged Product:

We define a damaged product as an order that arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Please note:

In the event of a damaged shipment, save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is an issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you may forfeit your chance to make a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return. 

Refunds, Credits and Balances Due:

Once the fulfiller receives and processes your return, You will be notified via email.

  • Credits will be issued within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email.
  • The return credit should be reflected on your statement within 3-14 working days, depending on your financial institution.
